Extend the CMN Configuration Manager object with an implementation type
and optional root-node region length.
Map the implementation type to the ACPI hardware IDs for CMN-600,
CMN-650, CMN-700 and CMN-S3. Apply CMN-600-specific address restrictions
only when the CMN-600 implementation type is selected.
Rename the CMN-600 generator, identifiers and files to reflect support
for multiple CMN implementations.

Replace traditional `#ifndef`/`#define`/`#endif` include guards with
`#pragma` once.
`#pragma once` is a widely supported preprocessor directive that
prevents header files from being included multiple times. It is
supported by all toolchains used to build edk2: GCC, Clang/LLVM, and
MSVC.
Compared to macro-based include guards, `#pragma once`:
- Eliminates the risk of macro name collisions or copy/paste errors
where two headers inadvertently use the same guard macro.
- Eliminate inconsistency in the way include guard macros are named
(e.g., some files use `__FILE_H__`, others use `FILE_H_`, etc.).
- Reduces boilerplate (three lines replaced by one).
- Avoids polluting the macro namespace with guard symbols.
- Can improve build times as the preprocessor can skip re-opening the
file entirely, rather than re-reading it to find the matching
`#endif` ("multiple-include optimization").
- Note that some compilers may already optimize traditional include
guards, by recognzining the idiomatic pattern.
This change is made acknowledging that overall portability of the
code will technically be reduced, as `#pragma once` is not part of the
C/C++ standards.
However, this is considered acceptable given:
1. edk2 already defines a subset of supported compilers in
BaseTools/Conf/tools_def.template, all of which have supported
`#pragma once` for over two decades.
2. There have been concerns raised to the project about inconsistent
include guard naming and potential macro collisions.
Approximate compiler support dates:
- MSVC: Supported since Visual C++ 4.2 (1996)
- GCC: Supported since 3.4 (2004)
(http://gnu.ist.utl.pt/software/gcc/gcc-3.4/changes.html)
- Clang (LLVM based): Since initial release in 2007

The compiler is not spotting that the inverse of the same conditions has
already been checked, therefore either the 'if' or the 'else if' has to
happen. On the other hand, it is misleading coding to use 'else if' for
something that has to happen given earlier checks.
This fixes the misleading coding and the warning.
We definitely want to keep the warning enabled, as it has caught several
genuine cases of uninitialized use.

Update DynamicPlatRepo to incorporate the newly introduced RISC-V
namespace. This change ensures that platform repository data aligns
with RISC-V specific object definitions and structures.
Currently only ARM command objects are supported to fix up the self
token. However, some of the RISC-V command objects also need token
fixers. Add support for RISC-V token fixers.
This update is necessary to support RISC-V ACPI table generation and
platform configuration management.

Move Serial port info objects like the generic serial port info,
Serial console port info and Serial debug port info from Arm
Namespace to the Arch Common namespace.
i.e.
EArmObjSerialPortInfo -> EArchCommonObjSerialPortInfo
EArmObjConsolePortInfo -> EArchCommonObjConsolePortInfo
EArmObjSerialDebugPortInfo -> EArchCommonObjSerialDebugPortInfo

Move PowerManagementProfileInfo Object from Arm Namespace to the
Arch Common namespace.
The following updates are also done to reflect the changes introduced
by the move:
- Update the FADT Generator to migrate to use the Power Management
Profile Info object CM_ARCH_COMMON_POWER_MANAGEMENT_PROFILE_INFO
and EArchCommonObjPowerManagementProfileInfo.
- Update the Configuration manager object parser to parse Arch
Common namespace objects and update the parsing of the Power
Management Profile information object from Arm namespace to
the Arch Common namespace.
- Update the Dynamic Plat Repo TokenFixer map

The Arm Namespace Object ID Reserved29 was a reserved ID
that was never used. Therefore, drop the EArmObjReserved29
object ID also update the Dynamic Plat Repo TokenFixer map
and the Configuration Manager Object Parser.

The Arm Namespace Object ID for CPU info was not used.
Therefore, drop the EArmObjCpuInfo object ID. Also remove
- the partial listing of the Arm Namespace object IDs from
ConfigurationManagerObject.h and add a reference to the
location where they are defined.
- the parsing code in Configuration Manager ObjectParser.
- update the Dynamic Plat Repo TokenFixer map.

Update DynamicPlatRepo to reflect the introduction of the Arch
Common namespace. Also, update the TokenFixer map to reflect the
current state of the ArmNamespace Objects and add a note in the
documentation header for the EARM_OBJECT_ID enum, that the Token
fixer map needs updating whenever the ArmObjectId space is updated.

The CM_ARM_PROC_NODE_ID_INFO was dropped by the patch at
"b2bbe3df5470 DynamicTablesPkg: Remove PPTT ID structure
from ACPI 6.4 generator" and the EArmObjProcNodeIdInfo was
made EArmObjReserved29.
Since ProcNodeIdInfo is no longer used drop the CM object
parser code from EArmObjProcNodeIdInfo and specify a null
entry for EArmObjReserved29.

The content of token should be derived from the data section of the
`CmObject` instead of the object itself.
This change fixed the issue by dereferencing the token value from the
data buffer of input CmObject.

The DynamicPlatRepo library allows to handle dynamically created
CmObj. The dynamic platform repository can be in the following states:
1 - Non-initialised
2 - Transient:
Possibility to add CmObj to the platform, but not to query them.
3 - Finalised:
Possibility to query CmObj, but not to add new.
A token is allocated to each CmObj added to the dynamic platform
repository (except for reference tokens CmObj). This allows to retrieve
dynamic CmObjs among all CmObj (static CmObj for instance).
This patch add the inf file of the module and the main module
functionnalities and update the dsc file of the package.
