2025-09-26MdePkg: Remove ARM32 SupportOliver Smith-Denny1-1/+1

Moved SetMemN API to a separate file to eliminate unnecessary inclusion of InternalMemSetMem64 and InternalMemSetMem32 APIs in driver binary. When the compiler linking the Object files it may not remove all the unused from NASM OBJs. Removing rules for Inf file: * Remove IPF from VALID_ARCHITECTURES comments. * Remove DXE_SAL_DRIVER from LIBRARY_CLASS in [Defines] section. * Remove the INF which only listed in [Components.IPF] section in DSC. * Remove statements from [BuildOptions] that provide IPF specific flags. * Remove any IPF sepcific sections. 2016-09-13MdePkg/BaseMemoryLib: widen aligned accesses to 32 or 64 bitsArd Biesheuvel1-1/+1
Since the default BaseMemoryLib should be callable from any context, including ones where unaligned accesses are not allowed, it implements InternalCopyMem() and InternalSetMem() using byte accesses only.
