'devmodel' hasn't actually been used since:
'commit 3275158fa52a ("parport: remove use of devmodel")'
and everyone now has it set to true and has been fixed up; remove
the flag.
(There are still comments all over about it)

Update links in the documentation and in-code comments which point to
the datasheet and schematic.
The current links don't work because National Semiconductor (which is
the manufacturer of this board and lm70) has been a part of Texas
Instruments since 2011 and hence http://www.national.com/ doesn't work
anymore.

In commit 8caab75fd2c2 ("spi: Generalize SPI "master" to "controller"")
some functions and struct members were renamed. To not break all drivers
compatibility macros were provided.
To be able to remove these compatibility macros push the renaming into
the SPI bitbang controller drivers.

Fix missing parenthesis of sizeof reported by checkpatch.pl:
WARNING: sizeof *pp should be sizeof(*pp).
The kernel coding style suggests thinking of sizeof as a function
and add parenthesis.

While there's one file there with briefily describes the uAPI,
the documentation was written just like most subsystems: focused
on kernel developers. So, add it together with driver-api books.

Add the capability to specify the flag parameter used in
bitbang_txrx_be_cpha{0,1} through the txrx_word function pointers of
spi_bitbang data structure. That feature will be used to add spi-3wire
support to the spi-gpio controller

Using pr_* macros are more prefferable than using printk. Start using
pr_* family of macros and define pr_fmt to be used with it.
While at it remove DRVNAME from an existing pr_info() as the name is now
being printed by pr_fmt.

Many drivers that use bitbang library have a leak on probe error paths.
This is because once a spi_master_get() call succeeds, we need an additional
spi_master_put() call to free the memory.
Fix this issue by moving the code taking a reference to master to
spi_bitbang_start(), so spi_bitbang_start() will take a reference to master on
success. With this change, the caller is responsible for calling
spi_bitbang_stop() to decrement the reference and spi_master_put() as
counterpart of spi_alloc_master() to prevent a memory leak.
So now we have below patten for drivers using bitbang library:
probe:
spi_alloc_master -> Init reference count to 1
spi_bitbang_start -> Increment reference count
remove:
spi_bitbang_stop -> Decrement reference count
spi_master_put -> Decrement reference count (reference count reaches 0)
Fixup all users accordingly.

Trivial simplification. Instead of requiring spi master drivers to
always set the bus number (even when a dynamic number is desired),
this patch modifies spi_alloc_master() to initialize num_chipselect to
1 (because there will always be at least one CS) and bus_num to -1 for
dynamic allocation. This simplifies the code needed to be written for
drivers.

Sort the SPI makefile and enforce the naming convention spi_*.c for
spi drivers.
This change also rolls the contents of atmel_spi.h into the .c file
since there is only one user of that particular include file.
v2: - Use 'spi-' prefix instead of 'spi_' to match what seems to be
be the predominant pattern for subsystem prefixes.
- Clean up filenames in Kconfig and header comment blocks
