This is a preparatory patch to support runtime capsule updates,
where image authentication is performed by the update agent
running in StMM. The authentication process requires large buffer
allocations to authenticate the firmware image.
For this, TF-A updates the ARM_TZC_DRAM1_SIZE from 16MB to 64MB
in case of SPMC_AT_EL3 is used with PSA_FWU_SUPPORT.
As ARM_TZC_DRAM1_SIZE is increased, some of memory region definitions in
*.dsc files should be changed since the image base of StandaloneMm is
changed acoordingly [0].
Therefore, update those regions to work properly.
