CLANGPDB's tool chain family is defined as GCC in tools_def.template,
so the GCC:*_*_*_DLINK_FLAGS = -z common-page-size=0x1000 overrides in
OpenBoardPkgBuildOption.dsc were also applied to CLANGPDB's lld-link.
lld-link does not accept "-z <value>" when linking PE/COFF images.
Add CLANGPDB:*_*_*_DLINK_FLAGS = /ALIGN:4096 /FILEALIGN:4096
to the DXE and SMM driver sections, so CLANGPDB gets the same 4KB
section alignment.
