2025-11-05meta-qualcomm: update targetBrad Bishop1-19/+0
Rename the qcom-dc-scm-v1 target to qcom-bmc-ast2600 to better reflect the intended goal of the target, which is to support all Qualcomm AST2600 based platforms. Reset most metadata in meta-qualcomm, as it is not representative of any current Qualcomm platforms.
