meta-facebook: ventura2: network: re-map network MAC to eth1
Due to the hardware connection and driver probe order, the QSFP port
(connected via NC-SI) is natively initialized as 'eth1' by the kernel.
Updates the phosphor-network configuration to directly map the
'Ventura2_RMC' MAC address to 'eth1' in userspace.
