meta-facebook: ventura2: add udev rule to fix INA230 shunt value
Since the INA230 device was removed from the device tree (DTS) for
second-source support, it is now dynamically instantiated by the
Entity Manager (EM).
However, when the driver is bound dynamically, it falls back to a
default shunt resistor value of 10000. This incorrect default value
causes inaccurate current calculations, resulting in the inability
to detect low currents properly.
To resolve this issue, add a new `ina230-shunt-fix` recipe containing
a udev rule. This rule will be triggered automatically right after the
INA230 device is registered by EM, writing the correct shunt resistor
value into the sysfs to ensure accurate current readings.
Tested:
```
root@bmc-9082C307CDB7:~# cat /sys/bus/i2c/devices/10-0040/hwmon/hwmon18/shunt_resistor
1000
root@bmc-9082C307CDB7:~# cat /sys/bus/i2c/devices/10-0045/hwmon/hwmon19/shunt_resistor
1000
```
