meta-facebook: sanmiguel: set up eid for data drive
Each IOB module includes an E1.S data drive. The BMC can only retrieve
temperature sensor readings from this drive via NVMe-MI over MCTP.
Add a method to configure the EID for the E1.S data drive, enabling the
NVMe-MI sensor service to access and monitor its temperature sensor.
