meta-facebook: clemente: Handle error from standby-power-enable script
The platform-sys-init service failed because the standby-power-enable
script exited with an error code (1). The script timed out while
waiting for the HMC_READY-I signal to go HIGH, which ultimately
prevented the HPM fan controller driver from binding correctly.
As a result, the BMC was unable to perform fan pid control via I2C
communication with fan controller chips.
This commit adds error handling for the standby-power-enable script to
prevent the failure of the platform-sys-init service and ensure proper
rebinding of the I2C devices.
