meta-nuvoton: migrate recipes to use UNPACKDIR
Update recipes with file:// sources to use S = "${UNPACKDIR}" instead of
S = "${WORKDIR}/sources" and remove UNPACKDIR = "${S}" assignments.
This aligns with BitBake's UNPACKDIR migration where UNPACKDIR defaults to ${WORKDIR}/sources and S should be set relative to UNPACKDIR.
