meta-nuvoton: evb-npcm750: fix KERNEL_DEVICETREE path for moved DTS location
The DTS file for NPCM750 EVB was moved into the arch/arm/boot/dts/nuvoton/
subdirectory in newer kernels, but KERNEL_DEVICETREE was not updated to
include the nuvoton/ prefix, causing the build to fail with:
*** No rule to make target 'arch/arm/boot/dts/nuvoton-npcm750-evb.dtb'
Add the nuvoton/ subdirectory prefix to match the actual file location,
consistent with evb-npcm845.conf which already has the correct path.
