meta-facebook: clemente: reset USB hub when MCTP interface is missing
The USB hub may occasionally enumerate with an incorrect port mapping,
causing MCTP interface names to change unexpectedly. As a result,
init-sma cannot locate the expected MCTP interfaces and the SMA
initialization process fails.
The issue can be recovered by resetting the USB hub through its GPIO
control.
Add a check for the expected MCTP interface names during initialization.
If any required interface is missing, trigger a USB hub reset and retry
the initialization flow to restore the correct port mapping and MCTP
interface enumeration.
