meta-facebook: yosemite5: gpio-monitor: add monitor on UART_MUX_SEL
Add GPIO monitor on UART_MUX_SEL pin, and set 7-seg led to display the
channel information when the UART_MUX_SEL pin value changed.
UART_MUX_SEL = 0 --> BMC UART
UART_MUX_SEL = 1 --> Host UART
