meta-google: adjust shell test location
Latest openembedded-core does not expose `PKG_CONFIG_SYSROOT_DIR`.
Adjust to use `STAGING_DIR_HOST`, which was where it was previously
defined as anyhow, so that the test steps can run in these recipes'
`do_compile` steps.
