meta-facebook: anacapa: Set usb0 netmask to /32 to avoid conflict
Description:
Set the netmask for the usb0 interface to /32 to prevent routing
table conflicts with existing 192.168.x.x networks.
Tested:
The usb0 network interface correctly uses a /32 netmask.
