meta-aspeed: boost: skip textrel QA for context on aspeed-g5
boost.context produces relocations in .text on the ARM1176JZ-S core
used in AST2500 (aspeed-g5) SoCs. This is a limitation of the
low-level assembly used for fiber/coroutine context switching.
Romulus and e3c246d4i, both AST2500-based machines, failed
in build without this change on Boost 1.91.
