meta-facebook: rainiera7: Support clearing the RTC
Summary:
After the BIOS restores the default settings, FM_CLEAR_RTC is
triggered to notify the BMC. The BMC then resets RTC_IO via I2C
to restore the RTC state.
Tested:
The BIOS uses a GPIO set command and an I2C command to check
the RTC register status.
According to the RTC spec, bit 4 indicates the clear status.
