meta-facebook: rainiera7: Modify DIMM sensors
1. Add MB_DIMM_X_PWR_W sensors. These sensor values are sourced from CPU
PLDM over MCTP over I3C. Virtual sensors are created to preserve
original PLDM PDR sensor name/thresholds while applying
platform-specific sensor name/thresholds in virtual sensors.
These MB DIMM power sensors are only compatible with the SoC firmware
bundled with BIOS version 2A04.
2. Rename MB_DIMM_X_X_TEMP_C to MB_DIMM_X_TEMP_C to fit DVT updated
Silkscreen guidance.
