Report the average QP value of the current encoded frame via the
V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_AVERAGE_QP control, the value applies to the last
dequeued capture buffer.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

firmware should be waked up by start or configure command,
but there is a very small chance that firmware failed to wakeup.
in such case, try to wakeup firmware again by sending a noop command

Driver should tell the number of memory planes and component planes.
the amphion vpu support non contiguous planes,
but for compatibility with other device
that only support contiguous planes.
driver can add support for contiguous planes in the same time.
Then the mem_planes can be different from the comp_planes.
driver need to handle buffer according mem_planes and comp_planes.
So driver can support NV12 and NV12M.

fix some issues reported by Dan,
1. fix some signedness bug
2. don't use u32 as function return value
3. prevent a divide by zero bug
4. Just return zero on success, don't return a known parameter
5. check the validity of some variables
6. reset buffer state when return buffers
7. make sure the ALIGN won't wrap to zero
