The Fujitsu FRV kernel port has been around for a long time, but has not
seen regular updates in several years and instead was marked 'Orphaned'
in 2016 by long-time maintainer David Howells.
The SoC product line apparently is apparently still around in the form
of the Socionext Milbeaut image processor, but this one no longer uses
the FRV CPU cores.
This removes all FRV specific files from the kernel.

FRV supports 64-bit cmpxchg, which is provided by the arch code as
__cmpxchg_64 and subsequently used to implement atomic64_cmpxchg.
This patch hooks up the generic cmpxchg64 API using the same function,
which also provides default definitions of the relaxed, acquire and
release variants. This fixes the build when COMPILE_TEST=y and
IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_LPAE=y.

It seems that commit 5dc12ddee93 ("Remove tas()") missed some files.
Correct this and fully drop this macro, for which we should be using
cmpxchg() like calls.
