The MEDIA_PAD_FL_MUST_CONNECT flag indicates that the pad requires an
enabled link to stream, but only if it has any link at all. This makes
little sense, as if a pad is part of a pipeline, there are very few use
cases for an active link to be mandatory only if links exist at all. A
review of in-tree drivers confirms they all need an enabled link for
pads marked with the MEDIA_PAD_FL_MUST_CONNECT flag.
Expand the scope of the flag by rejecting pads that have no links at
all. This requires modifying the pipeline build code to add those pads
to the pipeline.

"class:: toc-title" was a workaround for older Sphinx versions that are
no longer supported.
The canonical way to add a heading to the ToC is to use :caption:.
Do that.

To describe in the kernel the connection between devices and their
supporting peripherals (for example, a camera sensor and the vcm
driving the focusing lens for it), add a new type of media link
to introduce the concept of these ancillary links.
Add some elements to the uAPI documentation to explain the new link
type, their purpose and some aspects of their current implementation.

There are lots of tables that are not properly displayed
in LaTeX/PDF.
Fix the tablecolumns, add longtable where needed and LaTeX
formatting macros, in order to address such issues.

Add and document a media entity type for Image Signal Processor devices.
Surprisingly we didn't have one, so add one now. More or less all ISP
drivers should use this type instead of what they currently are using (or
not using anything).

Sphinx 3.x broke support for the cdomain.py extension, as the
c domain code was rewritten. Due to that, the c tags need to
be re-written, in order to use the new c domain notation.

There are some files that are dual licensed GPL and GFDL.
As SPDX v3.10 gained support for GFDL-1.1 with no invariant sections:
https://spdx.org/licenses/GFDL-1.1-no-invariants-or-later.html
Let's remove the dual license text, replacing them by:
SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0 OR GFDL-1.1-no-invariants-or-later

Since 2017, there is an space reserved for userspace API,
created by changeset 1d596dee3862 ("docs: Create a user-space API guide").
As the media subsystem was one of the first subsystems to use
Sphinx, until this patch, we were keeping things on a separate
place.
Let's just use the new location, as having all uAPI altogether
will likely make things easier for developers.
