Merge tag 'perf-tools-fixes-for-v5.13-2021-05-10' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/acme/linuxmaster
Pull perf tools fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:
- Fix swapping of cpu_map and stat_config records.
- Fix dynamic libbpf linking.
- Disallow -c and -F option at the same time in 'perf record'.
- Update headers with the kernel originals.
- Silence warning for JSON ArchStd files.
- Fix a build error on arm64 with clang.
