xprtrdma: Eliminate rpcrdma_ia::ri_device
Clean up.
Since commit 54cbd6b0c6b9 ("xprtrdma: Delay DMA mapping Send and
Receive buffers"), a pointer to the device is now saved in each
regbuf when it is DMA mapped.
