net, xdp: Introduce xdp_prepare_buff utility routine
Introduce xdp_prepare_buff utility routine to initialize per-descriptor xdp_buff fields (e.g. xdp_buff pointers). Rely on xdp_prepare_buff() in all XDP capable drivers.
