bpf: Remove arch_unprotect_bpf_trampoline()
Last user of arch_unprotect_bpf_trampoline() was removed by
commit 187e2af05abe ("bpf: struct_ops supports more than one page for
trampolines.")
Remove arch_unprotect_bpf_trampoline()
