crypto:starfive: Include bug fixes for hash/hmac found by Linux selftest.
SHA/HMAC fixes:
1. Updated SM3 blocksize and digestsize.
2. Fixed non 32bit-aligned key input for HMAC.
3. Removed unnecessary init sequence check from SHA/HMAC.
