drm/panel: sync 6.6 mipi code with 6.1 and add 4lane mipi support
1.sync kernel 6.6 dsi and dphytx code with 6.1
2.add 4lane screen support
add new panel-starfive-jadard.c instead of using panel-jadard-jd9365da-h3.c
