Merge branch 'for-6.12/wacom' into for-linus
Various Wacom fixes (Jason Gerecke):
- Support for high-resolution wheel scrolling
- Support touchrings with relative motion
- Support devices with two touchrings
- Support sequence numbers smaller than 16-bit
