drm/gma500/psb: Make use of generic clock code
Add chip specific callbacks for the generic and non-generic clock calculation code. Also remove as much dupilicated code as possible. Signed-off-by: Patrik Jakobsson <patrik.r.jakobsson@gmail.com>
