dt-bindings: watchdog: Add bindings for RAVE SP watchdog driver
Add Device Tree bindings for RAVE SP watchdog drvier - an MFD cell of
parent RAVE SP driver (documented in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mfd/zii,rave-sp.txt).
