arm64: dts: fsd: fix drive strength values as per FSD HW UM
[ Upstream commit 21f6546e8bf68a847601e2710378e2224bf49704 ] Drive strength values used for HSI2C, SPI and UART are not reflecting the default values recommended by FSD HW UM.
