Linux/x86_64/LP64 HOST sysdeps

This directory contains the selected low-level syscall adapters for the
currently supported Linux/x86_64 LP64 HOST profile. The common UNIX errno
translator is inherited from `cpu/sysdeps/unix/sys-errno.c`; all real HOST
failures are translated to stable MCPU errno values before control returns to
the common CPU layer.
