Since S3FWRN82 NFC Chip, The UART interface can be used.
S3FWRN82 uses NCI protocol and supports I2C and UART interface.

Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:
- Have no license information of any form
These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:
GPL-2.0-only

NFC_DEBUG is not defined in Kconfig and since DEBUG is not used
anywhere in this directory, we can safely remove this line.
