arm64: dts: tqma9352-mba93xx[cl]a: swap ethernet aliases
In mainboard schematics ENET1 is eqos and ENET2 is fec.
This is reversed to standard aliases using base addresses for ordering.
Adjust aliases for all mainboards accordingly.
