drm/amd: fix improper docstring syntax

This fixes various warnings relating to erroneous docstring syntax, of
which some are listed below:

 ...

 ...
 warning: This comment starts with '/**', but isn't a kernel-doc
 comment. Refer Documentation/doc-guide/kernel-doc.rst
