Bluetooth: use inclusive language when tracking connections
This patch replaces some non-inclusive terms based on the appropriate

https://specificationrefs.bluetooth.com/language-mapping/Appropriate_Language_Mapping_Table.pdf
Specifically, these terms are replaced:

slave -> peripheral
