perf vendor events intel: Update sierraforest to 1.02
Update events from 1.01 to 1.02 as released in:

Various description updates. Adds topdown events
TOPDOWN_BAD_SPECULATION.ALL_P, TOPDOWN_BE_BOUND.ALL_P,
