ARM: dts: imx6: rename stmpgpio to gpio
Rename stmpgpio to gpio and add gpio-controller and interrupt-controller.
Rename stmpe_adc to adc. Move interrupt-controller and gpio-controller
under gpio node.
to fix below CHECK_DTBS warnings:
