Input: ct82c710 - remove driver
This is a PS/2 mouse interface chip from Chips & Technologies that was used in TI TravelMate and Gateway Nomad laptops, which used 386 and 486 CPUs. With 486 support being removed from the kernel (and 386 support is long gone) it is time to retire this driver as well. Remove the driver.
