staging: rtl8723bs: fix spacing around operators
Add missing spaces around mathematical and logical operators
(+, -, /, |, ?, :) and remove multiple spaces around operators
to comply with the Linux kernel coding style.
Issue identified by checkpatch.pl and review feedback.
