Input: apbps2 - fix comment style and typos
Capitalize comment starts to match kernel coding style.
Fix spelling: "reciever" -> "receiver"
Fix grammar: "it's" (contraction of "it is") -> "its" (possessive)
Remove uncertainty from "Clear error bits?" comment.
Compile tested only.
