gfs2: Get rid of delayed withdraws
Now that gfs2_withdraw() is asynchronous, is can be called in any
context and there is no more need for gfs2_withdraw_delayed() or for
turning delayed withdraws into actual withdraws. Remove the
now-obsolete code.
