MAINTAINERS: update ovti,ov2680.yaml reference
The file name: Documentation/devicetree/bindings/media/i2c/ov2680.yaml
should be, instead: Documentation/devicetree/bindings/media/i2c/ovti,ov2680.yaml.
Update its cross-reference accordingly.
