erofs: use separate xattr parsers for listxattr/getxattr
There's a callback styled xattr parser, i.e. xattr_foreach(), which is
shared among listxattr and getxattr.
Convert it to two separate xattr parsers to serve listxattr and getxattr
for better readability.
