Pull pwm updates from Uwe Kleine-König:
"Here comes the usual mix of cleanups, new dt-bindings for existing
drivers and nexus nodes; and a new driver for the pwm subsystem.

Frank Li, Herve Codina, Kever Yang, and Nam Cao. Patch feedback was
