modules: clarify CONFIG_MODULE_COMPRESS help, suggest 'N'.
Andreas turned this option on, only to find out Debian (and Ubuntu!)
don't enable support in their kmod builds.
Shorten the text, and suggest N at the bottom (at least for now).
