gpio: cdev: convert lineevent_create() and linereq_create() to FD_PREPARE()
linehandle_create() was recently converted to use FD_PREPARE() to
simplify fd creation and cleanup logic.
Apply the equivalent conversion to lineevent_create() and
linereq_create().
