soc: fsl: qe_ports_ic: switch to irq_domain_create_linear()
irq_domain_add_linear() is about to be removed, replace by the
more generic irq_domain_create_linear(),
see commit 42b8b16fe56c ("irqdomain: Drop irq_domain_add_*()
functions") for details.
