bpf: Remove redundant KF_TRUSTED_ARGS flag from all kfuncs
Now that KF_TRUSTED_ARGS is the default for all kfuncs, remove the
explicit KF_TRUSTED_ARGS flag from all kfunc definitions and remove the
flag itself.
